PERSONAL TRAINING

 

This is you and me, ONE on ONE. Sometimes working out is hard without that extra push. I am that push. Together in our sessions we will track and customize a workout and diet plan that is optimal for YOU.  I offer both 1 HOUR and 30 MINUTE sessions. These sessions include an eating and supplement plan as well  as measurment tracking and before and after tracking.

 

 
NUTRITION / SUPPLEMENTS

The hardest part of getting the body you want is know what to eat, but also when to eat. Timing is everything when it comes to getting the results you want, and with a custom monthly nutrition and supplement plan you can achieve just that. As with food, supplement timing is also important. The problem is there are so many supplements that claim to be the best, that choosing the right one feel impossible. Beleive me I've tried many of them most or garbage. With this plan I will guide you in the right direction on supplements that are safe and right for you.

GROUP TRAINING

 

Everybody likes to have a friend around for moral support.  Its just good motivation to keep going. With my group training package, you and a friend can train with me and the best part is you can split the cost. I only offer hour sessions with group training. 3 person maximun. These sessions include an eating and supplement plan as well  as measurment tracking and before and after tracking.

 

 

 

CUSTOM MONTHLY TRANING PLANS

 

Routine can be ... well routine.  Sometimes its hard to change it up. With this program I write you a custom training and diet plan every month. Half way through the month I'll check in and we will see whats working and what isn't. This is not one on one training and not advised for those who are knew to the gym.

 

 
 
CLASSES / CANYON TRAINING

 

Sometimes the gym can get old. Sometimes you need some fresh air. I offer group canyon runs at various canyons in the hollywood area such as RUNYON CANYON, and GRIFFITH PARK. We will combine intervals, plyometrics and some good old CALIFORNIA SUN for a work out thats sure to leave you refreshed. Must have a minimum of 10 people signed up.

 

Eventually I will also be offering:
